Opening of our stores

  • Are the stores open?Following the latest government announcements, Carré Blanc stores are open and welcome you in the respect of sanitary rules. Only stores located in shopping malls of more than 20,000 m² are closed.. More information about our stores.
  • WHERE TO FIND THE OPENING HOURS OF OUR STORES ?In order to respect the curfew established throughout the metropolitan territory, the stores will be ouvertes jusqu'à 18h00from Saturday 16/01/21.
  • HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN THE STORE?A simple phone call is enough! Contact your neareast store by phone, tell her your availability and she will propose you an appointment for your purchases or your order withdrawal.
  • HOW TO ORDER BY PHONE FROM MY STORE ?Contact your store by phone and tell them the products you want. You will then receive, by e-mail, a secure link to pay remotely. You will then be able to pick up your order in the store or have it delivered to your home, if your order store offers this service.

  • WHAT DELIVERY METHODS ARE AVAILABLE ?We offer several modes of delivery.   • I HAVE AN ORDER WAITING TO BE PICKED UP IN THE STORE, HOW CAN I RETRIEVE IT?If your order has been delivered to the store before or during the containment, once your order is ready, your store or our Customer service will contact you to propose you an appointment of withdrawal in the store.

  • IS THE EMBROIDERY SERVICE ALWAYS AVAILABLE ?The customized embroidery service is available on the website and in stores for stores that have an embroidery machine. We advise you to call your nearest store  to check it. More.

Sanitary measures and barrier gestures

  • WHAT MEASURES ARE PUT IN PLACE DURING THE PREPARATION OF ORDERS ?Our logistics teams have reinforced the health safety rules and respect the hygiene measures specifically put in place.
  • WHAT ARE THE MEASURES PUT IN PLACE AT THE TIME OF COLLECTION IN THE STORE?Once your order is ready, your store will contact you by phone to set up an appointment with you so that you are alone when you pick up your order. Our stores will receive you in strict compliance with health rules: mask, hydroalcoholic gel, distancing ... as many barrier getures to apply to ensure your safety.
  • WHAT MEASURES ARE PUT IN PLACE FOR HOME DELIVERY ?In order to avoid any contact during home delivery, your package will be delivered to the following address without the need for a signature and directly in your mailbox. If the size of your parcel does not allow a delivery in a mailbox, the delivery man will ring the bell and if you are present and agree, he will leave your parcel in front of your door.
