When validating your basket, you will have the opportunity to indicate the items you would like to have embroidered.

Text can be embroidered, but not shapes. You can choose the font, colour and message for your bespoke embroidery. The only restriction is the 15-character limit.

It is not possible to return an embroidered product.

For all orders on our site with delivery in shop, you will receive an email or text message as soon as your order is ready. If the product is available in the shop where your order was collected, please allow approximately 3 to 5 working days after validation of your order (times may depend on the shop and how busy it is).

If the product is unavailable, your purchase can be collected within 6 to 8 working days.

To have your embroidered product delivered to a third party, tick the appropriate box. We will then send the order without an invoice. You can also add gift wrapping and a message card to your parcel.
