  • How do I choose in-store pick-up?

    You can collect your order in-store at the checkout stage if you are offered the option of "payment in-store".

  • How do I know if I can collect my order within 2 hours?

    Your order is available within 2 hours provided that it has been validated by your store.

    In the opposite case, your order will be available in store within 3-5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email from your shop as soon as your order is available.

  • It states that my item is available within within 2 hours, does that mean that i can pick up my order within within 2 hours ?

    Delivery of your item within 2 hours is possible provided that your item is confirmed as available by the shop once your order has been sent to it.

    If necessary, your item will be delivered to your shop within 3-5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email from your shop as soon as your order is available.

  • In my shopping cart, i have several items some of which are indicated “available within within 2 hours” and others are indicated “available within 3-5 working days”, will my items be delivered at the same time ?

    If your collection store confirms that one of your items is not available, your entire order will be delivered to the shop within 3-5 working days.

  • I made a mistake when choosing my collection point. How can I change my order?

    If you have not yet paid for your order, you can change it. If your order has already been paid for, it is not possible to make a change and we invite you to contact our customer service.

  • I don't want any more of my items and I haven't collected my order from the shop. Will I automatically be refunded for my order?

  • I would like to return items that I have collected in shop. Can I drop them off in shop to get my money back?
