  • 3.1. If you see the “in-store payment” option, then you have the possibility to validate a free store pickup so you can pick up your order in store within 2 hours.
  • 3.2. If you do not see the “in-store payment” option, your order will be available within 2 hours if the store validates it during its opening hours. In case the store cannot take charge of your order, it will be available in store within 3-7 working days.
  • 4. You will receive a confirmation mail from your store as soon as your order is available.

  • How can I validate a free store pickup ? E-reservation is possible during the choice of the payment method, when “in-store payment” is offered.
  • I chose a pickup in store, how do i know if i can pick up my order within two hours ? Your order is available within two hours provided that it has been validated by your store. In the opposite case, your order will be available in store within 3-7 working days.
  • It states that my item is available within two hours, does that mean that i can pick up my order within two hours ? The delivery of your item within two hours is possible provided that the item has been confirmed “available” by the store once the order has been transmitted. In the opposite case, your item will be delivered in store within 3-7 working days.
  • In my shopping cart, i have several items some of which are indicated “available within two hours” and others are indicated “available within 3-7 working days”, will my items be delivered at the same time ? If your pickup store confirms that one of your items is not available, the entirety of your order will be delivered in store within 3-7 days.
  • I picked the wrong pickup store, how can i modify my order ? If you have not proceeded to payment yet, you can modify your order. If your order has already been paid, it is not possible to modify it and we invite you to contact our customer service.
  • I no longer want my items and i did not pick my order in store, will my items be automatically refunded ? Once the order is paid from your customer account on the website, it can be refunded only if you pick up your items in store and follow the return conditions.
  • I wish to return the items picked up in store, can i return them to the store and get a refund ? The store will not be able to issue a refund, however you can get in touch with your store to obtain an exchange of your items except for duvets, pillows and mattress protectors. We invite you to follow the return conditions.
