You have placed an order on our website. You have the possibility to return your products within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Carré Blanc will pay the return shipping costs.

You have the possibility of making an exchange in shop for all purchases* made in shop and on the website www.carreblanc.com. Visit your nearest Carré Blanc shop. Only exchanges and credit notes are accepted in shop.

Carré Blanc is committed to guaranteeing your satisfaction by giving you the opportunity to change your mind and make a return within the given timeframe. To do this, the items returned must be new and in saleable condition. They must never have been washed, used, treated or altered in any way.
They must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging and the labels must be attached to the items.

*All personalised items cannot be exchanged or reimbursed in accordance with the following conditions our general terms and conditions.

  • Have you placed an order on the website?

    You can return your products within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order. Carré Blanc will pay for the return shipping costs. Here are the steps to follow:


    - Log on to your customer account at www.carreblanc.com by clicking on the heading "My account then "My orders";

    - Then click on the order you wish to return, where you will find a "Return items" tab. ;

    - Select the items you wish to return and the reason for return ;

    - Wait a few minutes and a pre-paid returns label will automatically appear in your customer account ;

    - Print the label and stick it to your parcel ;

    - Once the items have been received and checked, they will be refunded as soon as possible (no later than 30 days following the date of the return request, at the price invoiced and directly to the bank account used for payment).
