Exchange and returns

Did you change your mind and wish to return an article?
Carré Blanc is commited to guarantee your satisfaction by giving you the possibility to change your mind and return articles within the time limit set for this purpose. In order to do so, the returned items must be new, in saleable condition. They must never have been washed or treated. They must be returned to us in their original state and packaging, with the labels still attached.

Did you order online?

You have the possibility to return your articles or report any anomaly within 30 days following the day of order. The return shipping costs are borne by Carré Blanc (except for items from the decoration range).
During the exceptional Christmas period, all your purchases from November 02 to December 25, 2022 can be returned for free until January 31, 2023 (except for items from the decoration range). Here are the steps to follow :

  • Log into your account on the website by clicking on "My account" and then "My orders" ;
  • Then click on the order you wish to return, you will find a tab called "Return articles" ;
  • Choose the articles you wish to return and select the reason why you want to return them ;
  • Wait for a few minutes, a pre-paid label for your return will automatically appear in your customer account ;
  • Print the label and stick it to your parcel ;
  • After receipt and verification of your articles, their refund will be realised as soon as possible (at the latest 30 days following the return date, at the price charged and directly on the bank account used for the payment).

Did you place an order in store?

You have the possibility to exchange your product directly in store. Refund using the website is not possible.

Free exchange in store

You have the possibility to exchange your product in store for any order placed in store and on the website In order to do so, go to the nearest Carré Blanc store.

Only exchanges and credit notes are accepted in store. Duvets, pillows, bedding protections can be exchanged or credited, in their original packaging and in good condition, only if the item has not been used.
