At Carré Blanc, size isn’t everything: we’ve done all we can to simplify and streamline our management to help us make the right decisions, fast. We want our employees to benefit from a healthy relationship that’s transparent and simple.
Each of our 200 employees is encouraged to take part in things that matter to them by leading or joining a wider project at work, helping Carré Blanc to express our creativity in all that we do.
Our top management team is made up of 8 people, including 5 women, for leadership that’s involved and cares about every stage of the decision-making and management process.

We train our retail teams over a full year to ensure they’re able to help our customers and professional partners to pick the perfect product for their interiors or surprise their loved ones with a personalised gift.
