Pick-up point deliveries are only made in mainland France to one of the 26,000 Post Offices, Relais Pickup or Consignes Pickup. Your order is delivered within 2 to 3 working days* ( 3 to 4 working days for Corsica) to the collection point chosen at the delivery stage.

Deliveries are made without an appointment. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be delivered 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday - excluding public holidays and exceptional periods). On receipt of the dispatch confirmation e-mail, you can visit the Post Office website to track the progress of your parcel.
Items in the same order may be divided into several boxes (if the volume or quantity of the items so requires). In this case, they are, in principle, delivered in a single delivery unless there are particular problems (temporary or permanent unavailability of an item, for example).

Express delivery with DPD
Would you like your order to be delivered as quickly as possible? Thanks to express delivery, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours for all orders placed before 12 noon (only on working days, i.e. Monday to Friday - excluding public holidays and exceptional periods) with our partner DPD. You will be notified by e-mail and text message when the parcel has been picked up and the time slot on the day of delivery.
Absence during express delivery
If you are absent at the time of delivery, you can change the pick-up location up until midnight on the day before delivery. You have several options: delivery at a pick-up point, to a neighbour, at your place of work, at another address or at a DPD branch. You can also ask for delivery to be postponed to a later date.

Delivery in Europe by DPD
Would you like delivery within Europe? Thanks to our partner DPD, you can receive your order wherever you are. Delivery costs are calculated online and vary according to the destination country. Once you have placed your order, choose the Europe delivery method. Once you have received the dispatch confirmation e-mail, you can visit the DPD website to track the progress of your parcel. You will receive your parcel between 2 to 5 jours working days working days depending on the geographical area.

Your parcels are delivered in electric vehicles by postal workers trained in eco-driving, which limits CO2 emissions. A clean delivery method that fits in with our CSR approach and our desire to combat global warming.
A few additional tips
The delivery times announced are not contractual and a possible delay in delivery does not give the right to damages from Carré Blanc. In case of return of the parcel due to an absence of the customer, a problem in the delivery address or an impossibility to receive the parcel, Carré Blanc will invoice the costs of reshipment to the customer.
Some additional advice
At the time of delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the delivered articles (quantity, quality, compliance of the order, ...). No claim will be taken into account at the end of the fourteen-day period starting at the receipt date. A justified claim during this period will cover the replacement of the product or will give right to an exchange, without any other compensation. In case your parcel is damaged, you have the possibility to refuse its delivery. Notify the Carré Blanc customer service with the online contact form available by clicking here. We will then initiate a claim process with the carrier. In case of dispute, the investigation can last up to 21 working days.
