STANDARD DELIVERY WITH COLISSIMO POST
The deliveries are realised without the need to make an appointment. After the validation of your order, the delivery is made within 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday - excluding bank holidays and exceptional periods). Upon receipt of the confirmation of shipment email, you will be able to visit the Post Office website to track the delivery progress of your package.
ABSENCE DURING DELIVERY
In case of absence during the delivery, an attempted delivery note will be left in your mailbox so you can pick your parcel up in the nearest post office. The parcels are kept pending at the post office for 15 calendar days. In case of non withdrawal within the time limit set by the carrier, the products will be returned to Carré Blanc and new shipping costs will be charged in case you request a new shipment. Items from the same order can be split among several parcels (if needed, for volume or quantity reasons). In this case, they are in principle delivered at the same time except in the case of particular problems (temporary or permanent unavailability of an article for example).

EXPRESS DELIVERY WITH DPD
Would you like to be delivered as quickly as possible? Thanks to express delivery, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours for all orders placed before 12 noon (only on working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday - excluding public holidays and exceptional periods) with our partner DPD. You will be informed by e-mail and SMS of the pick-up of the parcel and the time slot on the day of delivery.
ABSENCE DURING EXPRESS DELIVERY
If you are absent at the time of delivery, you can change the pick-up location up to midnight the day before delivery. You have several options: delivery to a pick-up point, to a neighbour, to your place of work, to another address or to a DPD branch. You can also ask for the delivery to be postponed to a later date.

This eco-friendly delivery service allows us to deliver your parcels quickly while limiting our carbon footprint. Your parcels are transported in electric vehicles by postal workers trained in eco-driving, which limits CO2 emissions. A clean delivery method that is in line with our CSR approach and our desire to combat global warming.

Some additional advice
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The announced deadlines are not contractual and a possible delay in delivery does not entitle Carré Blanc to provide damages and interests. In case a parcel is returned due to the absence of the customer, a wrong delivery address or the impossibility to receive the package, Carré Blanc will charge the customer for the reshipping costs.
ORDER CONTROL
At the time of delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the delivered articles (quantity, quality, compliance of the order, ...). No claim will be taken into account at the end of the fourteen-day period starting at the receipt date. A justified claim during this period will cover the replacement of the product or will give right to an exchange, without any other compensation. In case your parcel is damaged, you have the possibility to refuse its delivery. Notify the Carré Blanc customer service with the online contact form available by clicking here. We will then initiate a claim process with the carrier. In case of dispute, the investigation can last up to 21 working days.
