For your security and comfort, Carré Blanc offers you to pay for your order by credit card or Paypal, through the secure system RENTABILIWEB from the company DALENYS.

There are different payment methods.

Credit card payment

You have the possibility to pay your order via all credit cards, Visa and MasterCard.

You will be charged as soon as your order is paid. During the payment process, you will be redirected to the payment platform administered and hosted by Dalenys. All payment steps to be carried out between the buyer and Be2Bill is fully encrypted and protected. The protocol used is SSL coupled with the bank electronic banking. This means that the information related to an order and the credit card number do not circulate in clear text on the Internet. The number credit card is not printed anywhere, whether it is on paper, invoices, bills or other listings. Carré Blanc has no knowledge of credit card numbers. Dalenys does not keep not the card numbers after transmitting payment transactions to our bank, Société Générale.

Paypal Payment

When paying for your order, you will simply have to select the Paypal payment method and confirm.

After that, you will be redirected to your Paypal account. Log in (or create an account if you don't have one already) and confirm the payment.

Once your payment is confirmed on the Paypal platform, you will be automatically redirected to the Carré Blanc website to consult the order confirmation.

Payment in 3 instalments with Alma

Our partner Alma offers you a financing solution which allows you to pay for your purchases from €100 to €2,000 in 3 instalments free of charge using your bank card.

CONDITIONS:
This offer is reserved for private individuals (over 18 years of age) residing in France, requesting home delivery in mainland France, and holding a Visa, MasterCard or Amex bank card with a validity date greater than the chosen financing period. Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorisation cards are not accepted. Financing subject to acceptance by ALMA.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS :
Once you have completed your order, simply click on the "Finance your purchase with Alma" button.
You will then be redirected to our partner's Alma web page, where you will find a detailed summary of your order and your personalised finance application, which you must then validate.
You enter your personal details or, if you have a Alma account, you identify yourself using the login details linked to your Alma account.
You read the general terms and conditions of payment in instalments to which you wish to subscribe, which are provided to you in PDF format so that you can read, print and save them before accepting them.
You then notify your electronic acceptance by ticking the corresponding box. You acknowledge that the "double click" associated with the tick box on the acknowledgement of the general terms and conditions constitutes consent to contract and irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the general terms and conditions of the product. In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded by Alma constitutes proof of all transactions between you and Alma.
If you ask to benefit from a financing solution offered by Alma, the information relating to your order will be transmitted to Alma, which will use it to study your request for the purposes of granting, managing and collecting credit. Alma reserves the right to accept or refuse your request for 3x financing. You have 14 days in which to withdraw from your loan.

FUNCTIONING:
Payment by credit card in 3 instalments, free of charge, enables you to pay for your order on our website as follows:

  • a compulsory deposit, debited on the day of confirmation of dispatch of your order, corresponding to one third or one quarter of the order;
  • two or three monthly instalments, each corresponding to a third or a quarter of the order, debited 30 and 60 days later for the 3 instalments.

Example: For a purchase of €150, deposit of €50 then 2 monthly instalments of €50. Credit over 2 months at a fixed APR of 0%. Cost of financing €0.

  • Broken item in your order?

    If an item is no longer available when your order is being prepared, you will receive an e-mail informing you of this and we will refund you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

  • Has your payment been refused?

    Check the information entered from your credit card and the personal information provided to Carré Blanc such as first and last name.

    Then try again. You can also contact your bank to find out if a possible threshold would block the authorisation of your payment.

  • What are the terms of payment?

    Conditions: All products are payable in cash when ordered. In accordance with Article L. 221-14 of the Consumer Code, you acknowledge that by placing an order on the online shop, you agree to pay the company CARRE BLANC DISTRIBUTION the full amount of the order.

    At no time does the company CARRE BLANC DISTRIBUTION have knowledge of the bank card numbers provided by the user, it is simply notified by the banking establishment that a transfer corresponding to the amount of the order has been made to its account.

    If, for any reason whatsoever (opposition or refusal by the issuing centre, for example), it were impossible to debit the sums due, the sale would be purely and simply cancelled and delivery would not be made. The invoice for your purchase will be sent to you when you receive the confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. It will also be available in your online customer account at any time.
