The satisfaction warranty

If you’re not satisfied, please return your order to us within 100 days.

You’re entitled to change your mind, make a mistake, or decide that, after all, it’s not quite what you had in mind. The only rules are: return your item to us within 100 days of your purchase. Items must be new, with the tags still attached and in their original packaging. Easy, isn’t it?

A fault? We’ll replace your part!

This rarely happens, but as to err is human, it is possible that a minor fault might slip through our meticulous checks.Up to 10 years* after your purchase, We’ll replace your Carré Blanc part. Quality is one of our core values – one of the reasons why you remain so loyal to us. We’re so proud of it that we guarantee our design. Let’s strive for perfection.

We breathe new life into your old Carré Blanc pieces.

Twenty years ago, you moved into your first flat, your arms full of plans, dreams… and a set of Carré Blanc bed linen. Many years later, you find yourself thinking that your now-large bed deserves some new sets too. That’s just as well: no matter how long it’s been with you, your Carré Blanc bed linen comes with a lifetime guarantee. By returning your old home textiles to us, you’ll receive 20 per cent off the purchase of a product* in the same category. Depending on its condition, we’ll either donate it to a charity or recycle it. Long may it last!

  • How long does the warranty cover manufacturing quality?

    5 years for mattress protectors, pillows and duvets (excluding goose down filling), as well as terry towelling, homewear, table linen and accessories.

    7 years for duvet covers, pillowcases, fitted sheets and flat sheets.

    10 years for pillows and duvets with goose down filling.

  • Is the warranty retroactive?

    The Carré Blanc Warranty is available from October 8, 2026 for all purchases made on our website, in our stores and on marketplaces.

    It is not retroactive and applies to purchases made from this date onwards.

  • I don't have a Carré Blanc account. Can I benefit from the Lifetime Warranty?

    Have you received a Carré Blanc product as a gift or purchased an item on a marketplace?

    Good news: to benefit from its warranty, simply create an account on carreblanc.com and activate the warranty in the "Lifetime Warranty" section.

    For purchases made on our website or in our stores, your Lifetime Warranty is automatically activated at the time of purchase.

  • Can I make a warranty claim without visiting a store?

    If you have a Carré Blanc store nearby, we recommend visiting us directly.

    If you are unable to visit a store, contact us via our Warranty form in the "My Account > My Warranty" section.

    Our Customer Service team will guide you through the next steps.

  • Is the Carré Blanc Warranty really for life?

    Yes, the warranty accompanies you throughout the entire lifetime of your relationship with Carré Blanc.

    For up to 10 years*, our Quality Warranty protects your pieces. Beyond that, our Transfer Warranty continues to support you for as long as you keep them.

    When you bring back your old Carré Blanc home linen, you receive 20% off the purchase of a new product from the same category.

    Depending on its condition, we either donate it to a charity or recycle it.

  • What does the Quality Warranty cover?

    If you notice a manufacturing defect during your product's warranty period, Carré Blanc undertakes to replace the affected item.

    A manufacturing defect is an issue that affects the product's conformity, durability, finish or expected performance. This may include a stitching defect, a missing element — such as a pompom —, an abnormal change in size, or any other defect related to its manufacturing.

    Conversely, damage caused by use refers to deterioration resulting from improper use or care that does not comply with our recommendations. To care for your home linen over time, we recommend following the instructions on the label sewn into each item, as well as our care advice. To preserve the beauty and quality of your linen for longer, discover our range of fabric care products, specially selected to care for your Carré Blanc pieces.
