We would also like to inform you that at no time we are aware of the numbers provided. We are simply notified by our bank that the payment of the order has been carried out properly. Payments by cheques are not allowed for now on our website.
The average delivery time observed is 3 to 6 working days as of your order confirmation. It will never exceed 30 days starting from this confirmation. You can also track the status of your order by logging into your customer account in the section "My orders".

Yes, you can enter the shipping address of your choice when placing your order. The same principle can be applied for the billing address, it can be modified if you wish to offer a gift to your loved ones.
Returns and refunds
We are sorry to hear that. If a product is not to your liking, two solutions are available: you can either make an exchange in the store of your choice, or you can ask for a refund through your customer account in the “My orders” section.
Any exchange is possible in the store of your choice. In order to do so, bring your identity card and the delivery note that was inside the package you received. Returns in store will be subject to an exchange or a voucher valid in the store where it has been issued. Refund claims are available only through our website. To request a refund, log into your customer account, section "My account" > "My orders" and select the order by clicking on "View my order", then click on the icon on the top right "Return products". All you have to do is follow instructions. Your products will be refunded at the latest within 14 days following your request, given that we have received the returned products in the meantime.
You have 30 days starting from the date of your order. Returned products must be intact, complete and wrapped in their original packaging. If your product is intact (not washed yet and still labeled) but no longer in its original packaging, you can still return it and ask for a refund. You will then have to select "item status/open" when making your request. More information about Exchange and returns.
If your order status is still "In preparation", your return label cannot be created. To unblock the situation, please contact us with your order number by phone at 09 78 46 00 20 or by e-mail at the following address : email@example.com. After processing your request, you should see the "Return products" button when viewing your order from your customer account.

To retrieve your password, click on "Forgotten password" when trying to login. A new password will be generated and sent to your email address. You will then be able to change it by going in the section "My information" in your customer account.
If you have not proceeded yet to the payment of your order, you can modify it. Otherwise, if your order is validated it is impossible to modify it (change of size, remove a product from an existing order, etc).
